We provide the following welding services:
Terms and Definitions:
CO2 Welding is defined as the type of welding where the we wind the welding wire into a coil and is placed into the welding torch automatically with the help of a motor. When electricity is supplied to the tip of contact of the welding wire, it acts like and electrode and strikes a spark between the base metal and itself. It is also called Metal Active Gas (MAG) welding
:Advantages
CO2 Welding is used for welding thick materials.
Metal Inert Gas Welding is defined as the type of welding process where a continuous solid wire, which is inert in nature, acts as an electrode. This is heated and placed in a weld pool using a weld gun. This causes two base metals to melt and form a joint. A shielding gas is released along with the electrode during the process to protect from airborne contaminants.
Advantages
MIG Welding is usually used for welding sheet metals in automobiles and domestic industries.
Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding is defined as the type of welding process where a non-consumable tungsten is used as an electrode for welding. A cover gas like Argon/Helium is also used to prevent the welded area from atmospheric contamination.
Advantages
TIG welding is used to weld steel, stainless steel, chrome alloys, aluminium, nickel alloys, magnesium, copper, brass, bronze, and even gold. TIG welding provides services to wide range of industries like, aerospace, automobile, aircraft etc.
Ultrasonic Welding is the type of welding process used mainly for thermoplastic injection moulded products. Here, mechanical vibrations of frequency higher than audible waves is used to soften the joining lines of the molded products and hence welded together. We help in the design considerations required for services like these.
